PIMS Online Application (www.PIMS.net) is meant for providing online fees payment services and conducting PMAT online examination for admission into Pune Institute of Management Studies :

  • All the students who wish to take admission in 2-year PGDM (AICTE Approved) or MBA (Affiliated to Pune University) courses in Pune Institute of Management Studies can apply online here
  • Students who wish to do the online payment of Application Form Fees, Registration Fees or Tuition Fees through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card
  • Students who wish to appear for PMAT online examination for admission in PIMS



How to use PIMS Online Application

Please go through below instructions to know how you can use this website:


  • Students need to first select the transaction type from the options available i.e.
    • Application Form Fees
    • Registration Fees
    • Tuition Fees
  • After selecting the transaction type, students need to enter the amount that has to be paid
  • In case of Application Form Fees, amount will be filled automatically as per students’ country
  • For countries other than India, Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh, fees amount needs to be entered in “$” and it will be converted into “INR” automatically as per the current currency conversion rate
  • After entering the amount, students have to click on “Proceed to Payment” button and they will be directed to payment confirmation page
  • Once confirming the amount and other details, students have to click on “Pay Now” button which will take them to payment gateway for doing the online` transaction
  • After successful payment, a receipt will be generated automatically
  • Students have to take a print or save the receipt, which needs to be sent to Institute for confirmation of payment

  • As a first step to apply for admission into Pune Institute of Management Studies, student needs to pay the Application Form Fees through “Online Fees Payment” option available
  • Once the Application Form Fees is paid student can fill the form online, preview their form after filling and can go back to re-edit or go ahead to submit the Application Form

  • This option will be available for only those students who have filled the form online
  • Once a student has made an online payment of Application Form Fees and filled the form online, an unique Form No. (e.g. PIMSON-xxxx) will be generated and will be printed on the Application form
  • After clicking on “Download My Application”, completed application form along with unique form no. will be generated and opened in new tab
  • Students have to download and take a printout of their respective Application Form and paste their photograph in the space available at the top
  • Students should carry their complete form to their respective GD/PI venues

  • Students applying for admission into PIMS have to compulsorily appear for PMAT – Online Examination if they have appeared in other exams such as CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT etc. and are not meeting the minimum aptitude score criteria
  • Other students who doesn't come under above criteria will not be able to appear for the examination

Kindly read all the above instructions carefully before proceeding ahead. PIMS would also like to insist students and their Parents/Guardians to read Refund & Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before using PIMS Online Application.
